Have you ever walked into a community and felt right at home? Mesquite Grove Estates is located in Chandler, Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix. Our community is 20 miles southeast of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport with convenient access to I10 and AZ State Rts 202 & 87.
We are a friendly neighborhood consisting of only 205 lots which enable us to be a family-focused community. You will be charmed by the greenbelts, walking paths and playground. Feeling social? Don’t miss out on the opportunity to mingle with neighbors at our planned events throughout the year or join one of the community committees.
Children in our community, kindergarten through sixth grade, attend Carlson Elementary, while those in grades seventh and eighth attend Payne Junior High. High school students attend Basha High School. All schools are part of the Chandler Unified School District, which was awarded an overall “A” rating.
We are only 15 minutes from Downtown Chandler and from Downtown Gilbert which are bustling and humming with activity. No matter your interests, there is something for everyone: boutique shopping, art galleries, live music and some of the most popular restaurants local to the Phoenix area.

Chandler, Arizona’s Mesquite Grove Estates, offers semi-custom single story homes featuring three to five bedrooms, and lot sizes ranging from 7,700 to just under 25,000 sq ft. The stunning neighborhood offers peace and security found in gated communities. The development was finished in 2004. The big beautiful houses are surrounded by lush greenery, with the neighborhood boasting greenbelts, walking paths and a playground. Located on the northeast side of Gilbert and Riggs Roads in Chandler, AZ.
Volunteer Groups of Homeowners
Residents from the neighborhood give their time to serve on the Board of Directors and oversee Mesquite Grove Estates. The Board of Directors is supported in running the Association by a property management company.
Committees are a great way to serve the community, and there are many volunteer opportunities. All community members are encouraged to join and participate in standing committees such as: Events & Decorating Committee, Communications Committee, Architecture Committee, Landscaping Committee, Finance Committee and Community Watch Committee. Short on time but still want to serve? Look for a short term project team (ad-hoc committee) or suggest a new one to a Board member.
Mesquite Grove Estates Homeowners Association is dedicated to ensuring that all existing and new residents of the community adhere to and follow the community rules and regulations.
Collectively, the Board of Directors and committees share a focus on ensuring that all community members are provided with the best resources and information and work together to keep our neighborhood one of the most sought-after in Chandler.
